How long do I have access to the materials?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to all the content for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
I've never practised yoga before, is it right for me?
Absolutely! There are tonnes of easy-to-access videos, ranging from 15 minutes to an hour. There's also eBooks with alignment tips, and some short videos designed to help you breakdown the trickier postures!
I don't have much time - how long are the videos?
They range in length! From short 1-2 minute alignment videos, to 15 minute practices, to longer practices for when you have more time.
