If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, sad or unfocused you are not alone. Practising mindfulness and meditation is proven to help alleviate these symptoms of disconnect, stress and depression and enable you to lead a lighter, more positive and fulfilled life.

I personally have suffered from feeling like the weight of the world is on my shoulders, feeling sad for no reason and overwhelmed by what life was throwing at me, so I have put together my favourite practical techniques for helping you to start paving the way towards a more grounded and connected lifestyle.

Connecting to the present moment, coming in to the body, the breath and our surroundings can help us to place some distance between ourselves and our thoughts, and provide an environment in which we can start to unravel them.

This is mindfulness for complete beginners. The techniques are easy, practical and designed with a busy modern lifestyle in mind! In just 5 days you can start to feel more positive, grateful and connected!

Each day you'll receive a printable PDF worksheet. Each morning will start with a simple 5-10 minute guided meditation, followed by a simple exercise to complete that day. Don’t worry if you have never meditated before; I will be there to guide you through it. After 5 days you will start to feel more self-aware, calmer and more positive, and you will be equipped with techniques to use in the future as you start to build a mindfulness practice.
